Stopping Stress @ School (SSS) is a computer-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program that may help students with symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.  The program is based on extensive research in the field of CBT with youth.   The program encompasses twelve sessions that include skill-building, relaxation and meditation, and exposure activities.
